Financial Support

IMPORTANT: If you do apply for financial support, please register for the conference after the decision on financial support has been communicated, because successful applicants will receive a voucher for the waived participation fee, which can not be applied to finalized bookings.

Financial Support for Young Researchers

Due to the generous contributions of our sponsors, we are able to financially support young researchers by

1. waving the registration fee for this conference and
2. offering housing for the stay in Heidelberg during the conference free of charge from a reserved quota of hotel rooms.

Please send your applications containing

1. your name, institution and career level,
2. a short explanation why you need financial support, and
3. your planned talk at ENUMATH 2025 (including minisymposium identifier if applicable)

to enumath2025@uni-heidelberg.de with the subject “Financial Support for Young Researchers”.

Please note that the allocation of our travel support funds is dependent on the overall demand. We will communicate the decision on support allocation by June 15, 2025.

Reduced Fees for Participants from Developing Countries

If you are currently financed by an institution in a developing country in the sense of SIAM’s outreach program, you are eligible for a 25% discount. To receive a voucher, send an email containing your name, institution and a link to your website to enumath2025@uni-heidelberg.de with the subject “Outreach Discount”. You will be asked to input the voucher code during the registration process.
